Integrating Hatha yoga and Vinyasa Flow yoga into a rejuvenating yoga retreat in Atzaro's beautiful surrounds.

Suitable for students and yogis of all levels - Augustina will work with the group to focus, through the Hatha yoga, on the structural alignment of the physical body through the development of asanas - the foundation postures of your practice.

The Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic form of Yoga practice, in which asanas are linked in a flowing sequence and is synchronised with regular breathing patterns that use the whole lung capacity, this process is called Vinyasa.

The two yoga techniques offered are designed to give you the benefits of a full, and complete yoga practice.

Experiencethe purifying, strengthening and detoxifying effects of Vinyasa Flow Yoga, while concentrating and clearing of the mind with Ujjayi breathing.

Thenobtain the benefits from reaching precision and alignment in each asanas with the help of props and aids in Iyengar inspired Yoga. Gain a better selfknowledge of your anatomy, finding deepest levels within the body and reach perfection through observation of the details.

Bothtechniques are firmly based on the traditional Eight Limbs of Yoga as expounded by Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras, emphasizing the development of strength,stamina, flexibility and balance, as well as concentration.
