About the retreat: Yoga, meditation, relaxation, tasty food and free time all wrapped up at an amazing natural ecological location.

Spend a week at the Garden Of Light giving yourself time to relax and rejuvenate your body and soul with great yoga and healthy food. Each day you have free time and if you wish, we can organise more Yoga or massage, Reiki, kayaking, rock climbing, cycling, guided walks or swimming.

Daily Schedule:
7:00 – 10:00 Morning Yoga, Pranayama, Kriyas,  Asana and Meditation
10:00 – 11:00  Brunch
Afternoons are free to do exactly what you feel like!
19:00 – 21.00 Dinner

About the venue: The Garden Of Light started off 30 years ago as an organic farm which developed gradually into the Eco Yoga Centre of Ibiza. It’s the perfect blend of living in nature, learning and practicing yoga and meditation, and enjoying the summer holiday on the magical island of Ibiza. Accommodation is shared in either the Shanti Finca or Ananda Lodge.

Who it’s for: Those people who are looking for a different style of retreat… eco-aware travellers and those looking for a retreat amidst total peace and nature.
