Teacher: Sylvie Bader has been living in Ibiza for 11 years and has been studying and teaching yoga for even more!
She teaches HathaYoga - perhaps the most classical way of studying yoga, paying attention to many small details of each asana or posture which makes it a great starting point for beginners to create a strong foundation. Classes can also be more dynamic for the most advanced students, helping them to refine and perfect their practice.
