Surrounded by plenty of shady trees, rocky headland and a golden patch of sand extending all the way back to the chiringuito, it’s no surprise that it’s busy from morning through until sunset every day of the summer. The shallow calm sea is great for snorkeling and very safe for swimming, making it a very family-friendly location.
An equal balance between young, San Antonio holidaymakers topping up their tans and sleeping off the night before and British families making the most of the safe waters and easy-to-keep-an-eye-on beach.
To get a good spot on the sand by the water, you need to arrive well before lunchtime. If you’re a late riser however, don’t despair – Cala Gracioneta is also stunning at sunset.
Having our meals delivered directly to the sand by El Chiringuito, whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. Talk about service!
