Your hosts, the ever-so-charming couple Daniela Eva and Benedetto Austoni, are passionate about sailing, having grown up in seaside Italian towns and sailed, worked on and chartered classic yachts in ports around the globe. In 2007, they merged pleasure with business to create Funky Dolphin, a boat charter venture introducing a new level of luxury service to the Ibiza market.
Passionate about quality, freshness, and environmental conservation, Daniela runs the kitchen with flair and flavour. Only the fresh seasonal produce, fine china and sparkling crystal glassware onboard this vessel!
