Traditional tiered wedding cakes, kid’s novelties, pavlovas, cheesecakes and everything in between... chef Craig Colligan is a master of the art form, designing bespoke (and delicious!) creations to suit your Ibiza wedding or special event.

Think mouth-watering fruitcake, white chocolate cheesecake with dark chocolate truffle base, sponge flavours like coffee and walnut, lemon, or raspberry and coconut, dairy-free varieties, decadent chocolate indulgences, 20 cupcake varieties including Asian flavours like ginger, passionfruit and (surprise, surprise!) cardamom. Elegant, modern cakes decorated with lush fresh flowers are their signature, a true ‘white island’ specialty.
