Deliciously Sorted, Ibiza, Spain

A truly personal Ibiza concierge...

In the last few years concierge services have sprung up in Ibiza like mushrooms after a rain storm but those in the know make a beeline for Deliciously Sorted.

Set up by Serena Cook in 2001, Deliciously Sorted is the island’s original VIP service, flawlessly sorting out every aspect of a luxury holiday on the white isle. Serena knows a thing or two about negotiating in a foreign country: her first business venture was a restaurant she set up and ran in Bogota, Columbia. Forever an innovator, she later returned to the UK and set up one of London’s first organic restaurants.

In love with Ibiza since first visiting at the age of 18, it was her love of food and the island that brought Serena back to Ibiza as a private chef for a long-time pal and much-loved celebrity resident. Not only was her cooking impressing the island’s coterie of hip, VIP visitors but her well-honed organisational skills and charming personality meant Serena was being asked for advice about all sorts of things. Thus the idea of Deliciously Sorted was born – to help create perfect Ibiza holidays on a moment’s notice. As Serena explains, Ibiza is a rough diamond and people need direction to get the most out of their holiday experience.

Multi-lingual and totally connected, Deliciously Sorted offers access to the best of the island. Whether people are looking for a sleek prestige yacht, locations for private events, private swimming lessons, a personal sushi chef, the chic-est kiddie friendly seaside hideaways or VIP access to the coolest clubs, Deliciously Sorted makes it happen.

Deliciously Sorted believes there is no ‘one-size fits all’ answer – solutions are tailored for every client’s individual needs and lifestyle.

At the end of the day you’ll find satisfied clientele lounging by the pool on logo emblazoned beach towels – just another way to be Deliciously Sorted in Ibiza.
