Now permanently based on the white isle, Midnight Sun was created as a one-stop shop to showcase Maya’s creative flair, including music-focused event production, creative consultancy, styling, writing and presenting.
Whether it’s programming DJs and live music, styling the venue, hosting, promoting, reporting or all of the above (and more), Maya - who is also Vogue.com's exclusive Ibiza correspondent - has her finger firmly on the pulse of global music and fashion scenes. 2011 sees Midnight Sun collaborating with Strictly Rhythm, Ibiza Rocks, Hed Kandi and Soltrenz Records with a much-anticipated Saturday weekly residency at Blue Marlin.
Previous success stories include Erick Morillo’s Subliminal Sessions at Pacha (plus Erick’s flashy Miami birthday soiree), über-cool parties at hot London nightspot Bungalow 8, Tensnake’s much-talked about Ibiza debut for Bam-Ba-Lam at Novum and offbeat events like vintage fashion market Ochobazaar.
