09:30 - While our client is traveling to Ibiza from London, we start the day by preparing the apartment we have organised. It’s essential to check that all elements of it match our exclusive service, discrete but chic. We display welcome bouquets of white peonies (40€) and a basket of exotic fruits as ordered by the client (50€).
10:00 - Personally welcome the clients they arrive to the apartment in Ibiza’s famous and historical old town, Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage Listed Site since 1999. The apartment boasts amazing views from the city to the harbour, priced from 2000€ per week.
10:30 - Continental breakfast is prepared by an experienced member of the Aoraki team, including freshly squeezed Ibiza orange juice, coffee, tea croissants plus a local bread and cheese selection. Food from 30€ and staff from 15€ per hour.
11:30 - Boat charter to Formentera (from 4,700€). We personally introduce our client to the agency and captain, who will be their host for the day. We also check the boat, before boarding, to ensure it meets our standards and that towels are in place, the catering is onboard. We have arranged for the boat to take the clients to Atlantis for lunch, where they will dine on a gourmet picnic (from 250€) before heading to Formentera.
17:00 - Returning to the port of Ibiza, we suggest to our client to leisurely stroll back home to the apartment via the unique shopping district La Marina, where there is an eclectic mix of ‘hippy chic’ and high-end boutiques.
20:00 - Experience the Ibiza sunset while lazing by the beautiful pool.
21:00 Reservations for aperitif and dinner at KM5 (from 60€), where the ambience is pure luxury, with a chilled out atmosphere, great music… and good looking people too!
24:00 Our client wanted to surprise to his wife with a romantic, private party for two back at the apartment. We created a romantic setting with candles and ordered special Cristal Roederer Brut Rose champagne (from 722€), plus champagne flutes and lots of strawberries.
The perfect end to a perfect day for a luxury lover in Ibiza… and for the next day, we can custom design yet another program!
