Cas Gasi, Ibiza, Spain

Where the heart is...

Situated in the heart of Ibiza, in a small San Rafael valley with sweeping views across Sa Talaia, Ibiza Agroturismo Cas Gasi features 12 beautiful and unique rooms and offers five-star, personal service in an ultra discreet environment.

Barcelona born Margaret Von Korff and husband, Spanish lawyer Luis Trigueros converted their family home, into this luxurious countryside haven over ten years ago. Guests return year after year to the lovingly restored Ibicencan finca (originating in 1880) for their dose of comfort dwelling.

Sheltered terraces, Moroccan bathrooms, Sabina beam ceilings, handmade terracotta floors and hand painted tiles plus an eclectic fusion of antique, modern and classical furnishings from all corners of the globe pay testament to the owners’ exquisite taste.

Stunning almond trees, olive groves, orchards and an expertly cultivated organic fruit and vegetable patch supply the hotel’s sophisticated, private restaurant with daily fresh produce.

High-level cuisine, healthy and Mediterranean by origin, simultaneously keeps guests appetites sated, and the hotel’s agriculture sustainable. Natural, freshly squeezed juices are also created daily, while clever cocktail creations are shaken and stirred in the bar.

Two crystalline swimming pools sparkle surrounded by bright flowers and lush greenery complement the relaxing wellness centre. With an extensive choice of the island’s very best treatments, it is reserved exclusively for guests – peace and tranquility guaranteed.

What a heavenly home away from home! Cas Gasi mixes olde world charm with stylish Ibicenco living and all the mod cons you’ve ever wanted. I’d find it hard to ever leave the property… do you think I could be their ‘writer-in-residence’?
