Down a bumpy rural back road, just one kilometre from Ibiza town is Es Trull de Can Palau, Ibiza’s newest luxury rural hotel. A symbol of the hotel’s namesake, a traditional oil mill, was also given a new lease on life, now proudly displayed in the lobby like art!
