Magazin, furniture store, Ibiza, Spain

Read all about it

The mustard-yellow façade of Ibiza furniture store Magazin gives little clue as to what lies beyond its entrance. Focusing on quality, craftsmanship and durability, Florian Hachfeld who relocated 25 years ago with his family, furniture store owners from Germany who now also own nearby furniture store Lotus - sources his wares from diverse manufacturers and designers across the globe.

In the garden, you’ll find a colossal array of outdoor furniture and accessories, such as chic white sun lounges, recycled wooden furnishings, sophisticated wooden dining settings, ornately carved four poster day beds, oriental wooden doors and tribal statues or Buddhas to guard your gardens.

Step inside for indoor furnishings, encompassing all sizes, shapes, styles, materials and (importantly) budgets. Think deluxe and ultra-cool pieces like sumptuous sofas, tactile rugs, vibrant cushions, modern Perspex chairs, rustic wooden tables, reclaimed Indian wood pieces and eclectic modern art.

For that finishing touch, take your pick from colourful crockery, sparkling crystal, quirky kitchenware, unique utensils, lamps, candles, chandeliers, mirrors, frames, objects d’art and everything in between. Kitting out an entire home within the walls of Magazin is possible and is all just part of the service.

From sourcing individual pieces and delivering them to try-before-you-buy or consulting on commercial property design, no project is too big or small. The results speak for themselves – beautifully styled homes in Ibiza, which could have sprung straight from the pages of a Magazin
