The team behind Ibiza’s much-loved Agroturismo Atzaró have had a busy winter, devising two fantastic new features to ensure their restaurant stays at the top of the island’s culinary table.
Boasting a superb new wine cellar, stocked with the best vintages from Spain, France and Italy, plus a fusion menu of Mediterranean and oriental gastronomy, food and drink are now balanced in perfect harmony.
Restaurant manager Patrick is a seasoned Sommelier and his passion for wine is clear, always on hand to offer their expert knowledge and to select the best bottle available to enhance the flavours of your meal at this restaurant in Ibiza.
Dishes from the newly devised menu are crafted by Head Chef Marta Luquin and include a tasty terrine of foie mi-cuit with caramelized mash medlar and violet jam to start, black monkfish with creamy rice for main and chocolate couland with passion fruit cream and mint ice-cream for dessert. But our favourite option? The chef’s tasting plates, where you can sample a bite of everything - the perfect solution for food envy.
The Atzaró dining experience doesn’t stop at dinner however - you can tuck into the breakfast buffet or choose from an a la carte menu in the morning or for lunch sample light and fresh favourites such as the delicious goat’s cheese salad.
Almost as divine as the food is the décor, set in what feels like an enchanted garden in the summer months, where you can dine under the stars beside a spectacular light display by island artist Roseline de Thelin, at a table set with crisp, white linen and candles.
An experience for all your senses.
