New for 2012 is the El Chiringuito breakfast menu including classics (yet hard-to-find on Ibiza) like Eggs Benedicte or Florentine, freshly baked pastries, homemade, organic, crunchy granola, deluxe pancakes with maple syrup and seasonal fruits or bacon and blueberries. All the more reason to hit the beach early!
As the clock strikes 1pm, lunch is served – a well thought out selection of modern, Mediterranean dishes with French and Ibicenco touches. Start with suckling pig on a bed of salad, tuna tartar or yellow tail sashimi, or plates designed to share (and thus eliminate food envy) like Italian Burrata salad or melt-in-your-mouth Jamon de Bellota Extremadura (five-star Spanish ham).
Choosing your main is the toughest decision of the day, when premium roast chicken, summer truffle risotto and fresh dorada baked in sea salt sit alongside luxe lobster lasagne, huge, healthy salads and much more. Beach classics also feature, including fried calamari, gourmet fish and chips, plus three gourmet burgers – choose between 100% Argentinean topside beef, chicken or the incredible tuna, all available with a choice of normal or spelt bread bun.
To quench your thirst, the wine list by sommelier Esteban Acosta boasts an impressive international selection and the juice bar offers freshly squeezed fusions and custom created cocktails (like a chilli and coconut mojito) all day long. Beach and boat service is offered and the venue is also available for weddings or private events.
