Driven by the desire to make people happy via the kitchen, the famed island chef draws on seasonal, ultra-fresh, luxe and classic ingredients – think cava-infused risotto, organic chargrilled fillet steak with potato rosti and the island’s best desserts including a raspberry-coconut bling brulee!
The secluded, fairytale setting accommodates up to 150 guests and the romantic ambience and white decor is ideal for weddings and special events. And it gets better – expert Ibiza wedding planner Vickki also offers her services to clients free of charge!
