Guarana Salinas Beach Club, Las Salinas, Ibiza, Spain

Beachside dining tranquility

Overlooking the azure blue water of iconic Ibiza beach Las Salinas, Guarana Salinas Beach Club boasts an elegant tranquility, flawless service and a mouth-watering menu that is truly impossible to resist.

Established in 1973, Guarana was the first chiringuito to open on Salinas, and to this day is still run with the utmost pride and professionalism by the very same Ibicenco born and bred family, attracting the A-list and discerning international visitors year after year.

Superior quality international cuisine – with a distinct nod to the Med – dominates the menu, with ultra fresh seafood options like turbot with clams or seared tuna and the restaurant’s signature black tagliatelle, plus delicious staples of paella and lobster rice.

Classics like duck magret and foie-covered veal sirloin delight meat-loving taste buds, as do perfectly grilled Ibicenco lamb chops. Lighter options include large, fresh, healthy and tasty salads. Take your meal on the terrace, or have it delivered directly to your sun bed – takeaway sandwiches and burgers are also available.

To make your beach day complete, a chillout DJ spins your daily soundtrack, a dedicated masseuse performs relaxing massages on the sand and the boutique is fully stocked with fashion (think sarongs, bikinis, hats and more). Open from 10am for breakfast, until the sun goes down later in the evening, Guarana (also available for private events) really is the picture perfect setting for the perfect beach day.
