White's Miss W says: 'I love gazing across at the old town and Dalt Vila, at all hours of the day and night, which is why Sa Punta and its rooftop lounge bar Panorama are at the top of my list for long lunches, luxurious dinners and lazy evenings spent sipping cocktails by candlelight. Another great thing? It's only ten speedy minutes from town but feels worlds away... amazing!'

After dinner don't stay at the table! Go upstairs to the roof where the sea breeze is so cooling and relaxing, a good place to wind down or to get in the mood to go out. The DJs are great here too.
