At the end of Ibiza’s cold yet sunny winter, the Red Magazine fashion team flew over from London to shoot their main fashion pastel story for spring, enlisting 365 Productions on the shoot. Sadly, the sunshine wasn’t obliging and the normally stunning location of Cala Bassa proved dark and stormy. However Ibiza is beautiful no matter what the weather, and the results are still a striking story with spectacular Ibiza style backdrops.
Stylist Sarah Clark and assistant Lauren Franks brought along a selection of clothes that were a beautiful mixture of pastels to give us a taste of the spring/summer ahead of us, even if the weather wouldn’t!
Photographer Bruno Barbazan and assistant Antonio Paredes worked with the elements for a dramatic feel to the photos taken on Cala Bassa beach.
Model Louise De Chevigny of Viva Models managed to stay composed (and gorgeous!) despite the chill in the air, thanks to the expert hair styling of Craig Taylor of One Make Up and make-up by Helen Walsh of S Management.
Of course, the sun came out on the second day as we finished the shots, which meant we could enjoy a glorious lunch in the garden at La Paloma Café before the team flew back to London… our unpredictable island of Ibiza once again showing who’s the boss!
