With this ring... Bespoke wedding rings by Natasha Collis

A symbol of eternal love and one of the most traditional elements in all styles of wedding ceremonies, your wedding rings (hopefully!) stay on your finger for the rest of your life. It makes sense then, to put as much time and effort into finding the perfect ring as you did to finding the perfect partner. Here in Ibiza, fine jewellery designer Natasha Collis offers a bespoke wedding ring service, for one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces so beautiful you’ll never want to take them off… as long as you both shall live!

‘To have a ring made especially for you adds so much more pleasure to wearing it,’ says Natasha. ‘To know you’re the only one who has it makes it so much more interesting and special.’ The designer creates custom-designed engagement and wedding rings (for men and women) and also specialises in bespoke wedding jewellery, which can be matched to your colour theme, dress, personal style and taste.

Natasha’s signature ‘nugget’ style rings are popular choices for modern-day brides and for those brides-to-be who are to be the recipient of a family heirloom that, shall we say, is not to her taste, Natasha can take the diamond, melt down the gold and recreate the ring in her own style using the materials, allowing the family heritage to live on. ‘I believe stones carry a lot of energy,’ she says. ‘So for me, it’s important to know this person is a lovely person and will be happy in her marriage.’

A bespoke ring takes between four to six weeks (minimum) to create, with diamonds or stones being set once a final fitting has been approved. Natasha, who hand makes each and every piece here on the island, prefers to work with 18 carat gold for it’s durability – after all, you won’t be taking it off, except for cleaning – and sources her diamonds, stones and gold in the UK. The cost of each piece varies, depending on the time, weight, components and work involved but generally starts at 300€.
