Sandy’s, Ibiza wedding venue, Santa Eulalia, Ibiza, Spain

Something old, something new

Having hosted the who’s who of film, music and fashion back in the 1970’s, the legendary Sandy’s Bar & Restaurant in Santa Eulalia has played an important role in Ibiza’s past. As it enters an all-new era, recently refurbished under expert new management, it’s your turn to contribute to the venue’s history books… starting with your wedding day.

With five different areas, ranging in size, style and ambience, Sandy’s allows couples to be as creative as they wish on their big day. Totally traditional, flamboyantly fabulous or alternative, OTT and off-the-wall, Sandy’s (conveniently located near transport and parking) can create flexible wedding plans for between 10 and 120 guests.

An eclectic-yet-cool bar area (where Errol Flynn and Laurence Olivier once held court), open-air ‘twinkle terrace’, formal, private dining room, sun-drenched garden space or bright and airy restaurant with an all-weather retractable glass roof are all at your disposal. Book one, a combination or the entire restaurant!

Sandy’s approach to wedding catering is equally as adaptable to your needs. Select stand-up cocktail party canapés (where size does matter!) or lay on an extensive buffet. Or if you prefer, sit down meals – lunch, casual supper, smart supper or three-course dinner – are designed with the newlyweds’ tastes in mind.

The perfect fusion of old and new Ibiza.

White's Miss W says: 'I love, love, LOVE the thought of a wedding at Sandy's! Imagine, doing a toast where Errol Flynn once sat at the bar or dancing where Freddie Mercury once treaded the boards. But forget the ghosts of Ibiza's past - Sandy's is a super cool venue right here and now, with so much potential for fab photos and frolics! So... who's going to invite me?'
