Eat Ibiza, wedding catering extraordinaire

Eat Ibiza, Ibiza, Spain

Eat, drink and be married! (Comer, beber y casarse…)

With an insider’s knowledge of the island, a thorough understanding of the logistics involved in creating an event in Ibiza and a passion and flair for both, entrepreneurial couple Vickki Jay and Alex Spinozzi of Eat Ibiza provide the perfect blend of practicality and creativity to bring your dream Ibiza event to life.

Simple details, such as fragrant sprigs of rosemary or lavender tucked in floral bouquets, outdoor lanterns emanating coloured light to perfectly match your décor and vibrant, colourful table centrepieces are Eat Ibiza’s signature touch, while sourcing romantic gardens, glamorous villas or a private cove overlooking the sunset is their speciality. Making it all come together with the addition of mouth-watering Mediterranean catering? Well that’s all just part of the service.

Want the ultimate white wedding? Imagine a tree draped with 450 individually hung crystals sparkling against fairy lights, thousands of metres of duchess satin ribbon and hundreds of pure white elegant Calla lilies in sparkling crystal glassware and reflected in ornate mirrors for the ultimate white-on-white appearance, meticulously styled to perfection by Eat Ibiza.

Eat Ibiza’s wedding planning service is available on a completely complimentary basis for all wedding catering clients – a testament to the fact they truly love what they do.

The duo’s biggest feat to date has been organising an exclusive A-list Ibiza wedding for 350 guests, involving 2000 long-stemmed red roses, two lorries packed with extra equipment from mainland Spain and the seemingly impossible task of making celebrity guests feel at home from the moment of arrival.

With ten years experience on the island, is there anything Eat Ibiza haven’t, couldn’t or wouldn’t do? ‘I’ve never been asked for a pink elephant,’ laughs Vickki, ‘but I’m still waiting.’ Our guess is she could make it happen … with the perfect shade of cupcakes to match of course!
