When she first came to Ibiza for a yoga holiday in 2006, Alison Mackessack-Leitch could feel the island’s magical energy from the minute stepped off the plane. At the time, she could not have predicted that within two years she would return at the helm of Pure Reflexology – a complimentary medicine practice in Ibiza offering reflexology and Indian head massage.
Having studied the healing arts for over a decade it was in 2004, after a course of reflexology – the specific practice of massaging the feet for complete wellbeing - helped her successfully battle cancer, the former teacher enrolled at the renowned London School of Reflexology. After spending a summer season working on the white isle, Alison decided to take the plunge and move to the island permanently in July 2008, setting up her very own practice in order to share the benefits of reflexology with others.
Practicing from the deck of Ibiza Yoga Centre’s luxury villas - set amongst the famous fragrant pine trees of Benirras with a stunning view to the Mediterranean - Pure Reflexology offers tailored treatments to help you reconnect with mind, body and soul while escaping the strain, stress and discomfort. To release tension and restore balance to the individual, Alison uses Indian head massage, gracefully working on the upper back, arms and head.
