Big bass, big stars, and big hair – rock music never goes out of style. Born in a back room at Manumission many moons ago, Ibiza Rocks moved to the old Bar M (now Ibiza Rocks Diner) in 2005, before turning a once friendly family hotel into Ibiza’s epicentre of pumping rock concerts in 2008. You can’t help but get in the mood as you walk into the hotel-slash-mini-stadium, past the iconic fluorescent signage and into an explosion of raw energy – complete with beer in plastic cups and hot dogs of course. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled on the VIP balcony where you may spot the likes of Kate Moss and Kylie Minogue – depending on who’s on the bill!
