And thankfully, after a much-deserved winter hibernation, they are opening the doors to one and all once again! Keep your eyes peeled for news of an ‘official’ opening event closer to the date – for now we can tell you the stunning Sol Den Serra restaurant will be serving its famous Italian influenced Mediterranean cuisine and fabulous beachside cocktails with impeccable service and of course, a view to die for!
