Marketing guru John founded Property & Art 15 years ago, moving to Ibiza from Holland. He has since built the company into a hugely successful enterprise with a client list including an impressive array of A-list celebrities.
Most new business however, comes from word of mouth generated by satisfied customers, with previous projects including the gorgeously chic restaurant Ocho, MediterrAsian hotspot Bambuddha Grove and the exquisite boutique hideaway Las Banderas in Formentera.
Uruguayan partner Gabriel is a highly respected and sublimely creative architect, with many a blue chip project around the world including the über cool London fashion stores of designer Daniel Pool and El Divino discothèque in Ibiza Town to his name. Glamour and decadence coupled with awe-inspiring aesthetics and practicality is evident in all of Gabriel’s work.
Property & Art offers their clients an all-inclusive service including the buying and selling of properties along with expertise in design, building and renovation. Whether it’s turning your plot of land into a modern villa with a stunning infinity pool and fully landscaped gardens or transforming an old finca into a blissfully rural family bolthole, with John and Gabriel at your service, it seems the impossible can become possible.
As the name suggests, the company also promotes some of Ibiza’s most internationally acclaimed artists, an idea spawned from a mutual love and appreciation of art. Works by the likes of Antonio Villanueva, Lance Tilbury and the late James Taylor are available for sale, to local and international clients alike.
