Christmas Day Lunch
Yemanja proudly declares ‘Open 365 days a year’ and Christmas day is no exception. It’s great news for Ibiza locals, seafood lovers and clued-up out-of-season visitors looking for a fab festive feed, as the sun shines on Cala Jondal all year round and that million dollar view never fails to impress.
To celebrate the momentous occasion, the creative culinary team have designed a mouth-watering Christmas menu available for the festive holiday. For appetisers choose from fresh shellfish and seafood cream soup, roasted foie with salted nougat and brioche or an array of fresh shellfish boiled in seawater. For main courses, choose from cod stuffed with prawns with cream of peppers and clams, turkey stuffed with pumpkin puree, glazed carrots and peas or red pine mushrooms and partridge rice. Dessert is Christmas trunk cake with pumpkin cream, white chocolate and nougat ice cream. Reservations are recommended.
