New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner
Stylish and refurbished Vara de Rey hang out Café Montesol is open to one and all, and on New Year’s Eve, the team invites you to a gala dinner with a specially designed set menu showcasing the island’s finest produce and ingredients for 250€ per person (including premium drinks).
Start with appetisers of French oysters with tarragon, Ibicencan prawns, foie gras and chestnut chutney and grilled lobster. For mains, enjoy Galician beef sirloin with truffle potato cream and roasted vegetables. Dessert is a mixture of Christmas treats, chocolate truffles and at midnight, the traditional grapes with champagne.
Music comes courtesy of a special guest DJ and water, soft drinks and coffee are included. Reservations recommended to guarantee you don’t miss out on enjoying this wonderful experience of traditional Spanish ‘Nochevieja’.
