Christmas Eve Dinner
For the winter months, renowned local chef Boris Buono has taken over the kitchen at luxurious new hotel Sir Joan in the Marina district and with the holiday season ahead, plans are afoot in his kitchen to host a variety of Christmas-themed meals.
On Christmas Eve, the set menu is 75€ per person excluding drinks and includes welcome snacks of oysters, acorn-fed ham and local nuts, followed by an array of starters including bouillabaise, lobster ravioli, a charcuterie, grilled prawns and more. For mains, opt for the gallo san pedro or delicious duck a l’orange and be sure to save room for the risalamande dessert! Reservations essential.
