Hip new San Juan vegetarian restaurant and concept store Los Otros hosts a pop-up dinner inspired by owners’ Mirjam Leslie-Pringle and Nicolaas Homan’s popular cookbook Veggie Very Much and their new tome World of Veggies on Saturday November 11, 2017. The chic interior space will be transformed into a cosy restaurant with limited seating so reservations are necessary.
Guest chef Rakhee Sudra from Spicerack Ibiza has designed a four-course vegetarian menu (50€ per person excluding drinks), accompanied by matching wines, great cocktails and live music to keep you entertained. Start with an appetiser of zucchini carpaccio, followed by grilled cauliflower infused with ginger, turmeric and mustard seeds with sour green cashew cream chutney and then tuck into the amazing nut roast for your main. Remember to save room for dessert – Persian ice cream with saffron, rosewater and pistachios.
