Spanish Valentine’s Menu
The Mediterranean cuisine experts at Cala Jondal year-round hotspot Yemanja invite you to fall in love with Spanish cooking this Valentine’s Day, with a specially created Spanish themed three-course lunch menu. Start with natura oysters, tuna carpaccio with mango vinaigrette, baby broad beans with octopus and poached egg or clams in cava sauce, before moving onto the main affair. Choose between Iberian pork cheek with potato rosti, a sea bass fillet with saffron, vegetables and creamed sweet potato or the house specialty, paella with squid, artichokes and chickpeas. The delights don’t finish there, as dessert is also included: the perfect Valentine’s Day sweet treat, a red velvet cake with white chocolate mousse, raspberries and strawberry ice cream.
