An intense, military style class at Cotton Fitness Club on on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8am, designed for early risers designed for those who are totally serious above moving their fitness to the next level. It’s fast, hard and intense with very little rest, fusing cardio with metabolic strength work for the whole body. It’s designed to dramatically improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and thresholds, while leaving with a smile on your face.
