New Year’s Eve Dinner
Spanish tradition calls for a large, long and leisurely dinner on Monday December 31, 2018 with as many friends as possible culminating with champagne and grapes on the stroke of midnight. Finca La Plaza, in the middle of the picturesque village of Santa Gertrudis host New Year’s Eve dinner with a five-course menu for a very reasonable 80€ per person.
After a welcome glass of cava, enjoy oysters, crab salad with caviar and foie gras terrine with toasted brioche before moving onto first course. Turbot with yellow wine and salted hazelnuts is served before a refreshing sorbet of mandarin, lemon and vodka, followed by a second course of beef filet with mushroom sauce. Save some room for dessert, as the brownie and salted caramel ice-cream with cappuccino and nuts foam is exactly the kind of mouth-watering dish to end the year on.
