Presentación of Guía Melendo del Champagne 2018/2019
On Saturday October 27, 2018, Vila Vins join forces at Seven Pines Resort Ibiza to present the Melendo Champagne Guide 2018-2019. Author Jordi Melendo will be in attendance, and guests will be treated to a gastronomic menu with champagne pairing for 65€ per person.
Start by snacking on Quail Egg, Nacarii caviar and oyster cream, followed by scallops, cuttlefish gnocchi and Champagne sauce, red beans, turnip and yogurt, pigeon, Beluga lentils and hazelnuts, sole, Grenobloise sauce and smoked potato or beef, Tupinambo and boletus. Dessert consists of chocolate, cassis, figs and almonds – all washed down with a variety of Champagnes matched by a team of expert sommeliers. Reservations essential.
