An event every week that begins at 9:30am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until Friday March 30, 2018
Training to the max – the whole body, with and without weights. During this class, participants focus on multi-articular movements combined with analytical exercises. The session is conducted by time of activity and rest periods, and progression is achieved via varying intensity. Improve your overall fitness, strength, core control and coordination every Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 9.30 and 10.30. Non-members welcome.
