In the brand-new HIIT into Sprints class at Cotton Fitness Club on Tuesday and Fridays from 5.30pm until 6.30pm, there’s very little rest and classes focus predominantly on movements used to enhance sprint performance.

Pushing limits for recovery and progression all at the same time, it’s guaranteed to both challenge and change you in the most powerful way.
