An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Saturday, repeating until Saturday March 31, 2018

Circuit training with kettlebells, done in circuit, tri-sets, giant sets aimed to build your strength and confidence while working the muscles in an isolated and analytical way. Classes take place every Saturday at Cotton Fitness Club from 10am until 10.30am at Cotton Fitness Club.
