An event every week that begins at 7:15pm on Tuesday, repeating until Tuesday March 27, 2018

Circuit training with kettlebells, done in circuit, tri-sets, giant sets aimed to build your strength and confidence while working the muscles in an isolated and analytical way. Classes take place every Tuesday at Cotton Fitness Club from 7.15pm until 8pm at Cotton Fitness Club.
