Pranayama and Meditation
An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Sunday, repeating until Wednesday February 1, 2017
A gentle 30-minute pranayama and meditation class to connect your mind to your body and introduce a state of deep meditation and mindfulness. Connect to the deeper levels within at the Bali-inspired agroturismo surrounded by orange, almond and fig groves. Mindfulness practice can help you find your inner balance, gives you ways to cope with anxiety and depression and increases longevity. This 30-minute Pranayama and Meditation class takes place every Sunday at 11am.
