The personal trainer’s long-standing favourite, step aerobics is a super effective form of power endurance training, set to music, with choreography. Promoting fitness and a sense of wellbeing it also strengthens your muscles and shapes your body. The cardio training and muscle work combine to burn those fat cells, so you’ll leave knowing you’ve had a really good workout, and feeling great too!
Step Aerobics classes are held under the expert guidance of Sandra Albuschat of Personal Training Ibiza on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:15am.
