An event every week that begins at 8:05pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until Thursday March 29, 2018

A class dedicated to CORE training (abdominal and lumbar) at Cotton Fitness Club on Tuesday and Thursday from 8.05pm until 9.05pm. You will work with plyometric exercises, torsion exercises, stabilisation exercises, explosivity and more. Training may be conducted by time intervals or by repetitions and equipment may be used.
