An event every week that begins at 8:35am on Friday, repeating until Friday March 30, 2018

A class dedicated to CORE training (abdominal and lumbar) at Cotton Fitness Club on Friday from 8.35am until 9.05am You will work with plyometric exercises, torsion exercises, stabilisation exercises, explosivity and more. Training may be conducted by time intervals or by repetitions and equipment may be used.
