An event every week that begins at 8:35pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until Wednesday March 28, 2018

A class dedicated to CORE training (abdominal and lumbar) at Cotton Fitness Club on Monday and Wednesday from 8.35pm until 9.05pm. You will work with plyometric exercises, torsion exercises, stabilisation exercises, explosivity and more. Training may be conducted by time intervals or by repetitions and equipment may be used.
