Functional Training classes at Cotton Fitness Club take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 11am. The class focuses on multi-articular movements combined with analytical exercises, training the entire body with and without weights. The class is conducted in periods of activity and rest, with progress achieved via the varying intensity.
Classes take place in the stylish surrounds of Cotton Fitness Club in San Antonio, set on the stunning west coast of the island and are suitable for all levels.
