An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until Friday March 30, 2018

A class focused on legs, gluteus and abdomen every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Cotton Beach Club from 9am until 9.30am. In this class, participants work in an analytical form on the quadriceps, putting a lot of emphasis on the gluteus and combining with abdominal work. The training can be by way of repetitions or by time, in circuits or in an individualised way.
