Ibiza Christmas Market Opening
It’s that special time of year again – as we prepare for the arrival of Santa and his reindeer, lights, Christmas trees, caroling and festive cheer or the Three Kings, depending whether you celebrate Spanish or English style. It’s also time for Ibiza’s Christmas Market to return, this year in an all-new location due to the major refurbishments on its traditional home of Vara de Rey.
This festive season, the Ibiza Christmas Market is set to transform Plaza Antoni Albert I Nieto (by the new bus station and the Ayuntamiento) with rows and rows of market stalls, an entire tent of trees, tinsel and decoration, and of course lots of festive food and family fun. The market officially opens with the switching on of the Christmas tree lights on December 1, 2016 at 6.30pm and continues nightly until January 6, 2017.
