Delicious Ibicenco food has always come with a warm-hearted Mediterranean hug from the Roig family, original founders of the famous Cala Jondal beach staple Yemanja. Today the culinary magic is created in Es Jardins De Fruitera, a charming restaurant on the edges of Santa Gertrudis.
By day you can dine on the dazzling sun drenched exterior and by night find yourself inside by the fireplace enjoying the ambience of it all. Star items on the menu include locally caught fresh fish, mouth-watering chuleton from Galicia, acclaimed paellas, bullet de peix and fideua plus a selection of colourful, crunchy seasonal vegetables. If that’s not enough to draw you in, the warm family style service and homemade desserts will do the trick. The restaurant is open Friday and Saturday nights throughout the off-season from 7pm until midnight.
