New Year’s Eve Dinner & Celebration
Agroturismo Atzaró know how to throw a stylish party, so give your 2019 the most luxurious beginning and head to the bohemian north of the island on Monday December 31, 2018 for a New Year’s Dinner and Celebration.
Decadent hedonism at its best, live music serenades the arrivals from 8pm, with appetisers including tiny baked quail eggs served with chili and rocket, home-made beef croquettes coupled with mango mayonnaise, or red prawn and seafood soup with a smattering of dill. Once seated, guests are treated to a tantalising tuna tartar with beetroot and feta, followed by a local delicacy, Spanish lobster bullit, with a touch of coconut cream served with alioli and home-made gnocchi. The meat course is a slow cooked suckling lamb shoulder, with caramelised fennel and roasted chestnuts, whilst a palate cleansing dessert of passion fruit, spicy red berries and frozen thyme should prepare things for the dancefloor. Reservations are essential and the set menu excluding drinks is 120€. A kids’ menu is offered at 30€. After dinner of course, there’s the champagne toast for midnight with live music and dancing into the New Year. Did we mention there are hotel rooms available for sleeping over too?
