Pelirocca with DJ Jo Mills
The island’s most adored flame-haired DJ Jo Mills returns for the second year of her winter residency, Pelirocca at Nassau Tanit Beach – a firm winter favourite known by many across the isle. The action kicks off every Sunday from 1pm as traditional Sunday Roast is enjoyed by day alongside the delicious a la carte menu while Jo and friends take you on a musical journey until the sun sets far beneath the sea.
The now almost deserted Playa d’en Bossa is a dazzling, uninterrupted stretch of white sand and shining blue sea minus the crowds and sun beds – something everybody ought to experience! This party should come with a warning: Pelirocca is derived from the Spanish term for redheads – ‘peli’ equals dangerous and ‘roja’ equals red. Don’t be surprised if your quiet lunch escalates into some winter hijinks!
