A class dedicated to CORE training (abdominal and lumbar) at Cotton Fitness Club on Tuesday from 9.30am until 10am. You will work with plyometric exercises, torsion exercises, stabilisation exercises, explosivity and more. Training may be conducted by time intervals or by repetitions and equipment may be used.
