An event every week that begins at 10:30am on Sunday and Saturday, repeating until Saturday March 31, 2018

A class dedicated to CORE training (abdominal and lumbar) at Cotton Fitness Club on Saturday and Sunday from 10.30am until 11am. You will work with plyometric exercises, torsion exercises, stabilisation exercises, explosivity and more. Training may be conducted by time intervals or by repetitions and equipment may be used.
